Cancellation Policy

Services Offered • Loc Starts – Foundation for your loc journey • Loc Maintenance – Retwists, grooming, and upkeep • Loc Repairs – Combining, reinforcing, and fixing weak spots • All services are performed using Los’ Hair Candy products only. Booking & Reschedules • No deposit is required for first-time bookings. • If you need to reschedule, a $25 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your new date. • Appointments without a required deposit (when applicable) will not be confirmed. Location • Services are provided by appointment only. • During warmer months, Park Sessions will be available for a unique outdoor experience (location will be confirmed 24 hours prior). • Indoor location will be used for all other bookings. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. • Rescheduling within 24 hours may require a new deposit. • No-shows will forfeit any paid deposit and may be required to prepay for future services. Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling. Hair Preparation • All clients will receive a Los’ Hair Candy Shampoo & Conditioner wash at the start of their service unless they decline. • Clients declining the wash must arrive with clean, product-free hair. Payment • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Chime. • Payment through the website is available for clients paying with a credit card. • Final payment is due at the end of your service.
