Make sure they are completely clean and dry before packing.

Pack Safely

Wrap jars/bottles in paper, bubble wrap, or recycled materials to avoid breakage.

Place them in a sturdy shipping box.

Fill Out the Return Form

Fill in your name, email, phone number, and order number (if available).

Once we receive and verify your returned packaging, we’ll email you a unique discount code.

Codes are valid for 90 days and can be applied at checkout on loshaircandy.com.

Program Details

Eligible Packaging: Only Los’ Hair Candy glass jars and bottles (any size). Plastic containers are not part of the program.

Condition: Containers must be clean, empty, and unbroken. Labels do not have to remain intact.

Discount: $1 off per returned jar

Limits: Reasonable household quantities accepted. Bulk or wholesale returns may be split across multiple orders.

Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days after your package arrives for us to process and email your discount code.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered.

Save up a few empties and ship them together to make returns more cost-effective.
